We are looking for an innovative on-site Vice President, Security Operations Center to lead our North American Security Operations Center in Lowell, MA. The role encompasses primarily monitoring and video alarm response, device service repair/troubleshooting and ticket dispatch/resolution.  The role also requires leadership of other professional managed services including, but not limited to, risk analyst management, remote guarding and technical software upgrades.

To ensure success as a Vice President, Security Operations Center, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of business processes within the security industry, and extensive experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve financial metrics of the divisional P&L, revenue and account growth, and margin improvements in the Security Operations Monitoring and Service business
• Assist the VP of Sales and other leaders in revenue generation by leading the industry segment in operational excellence for SOC products and services
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to revamp the professional services offerings, encompassing people, processes, tools, and engagement models. Drive alignment with the overall company strategy and business goals.
• Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and efficiency of PS operations. Implement data-driven decision-making processes and leverage analytics to drive improvements.
• Responsible for hiring and training all team SOC First level Security Service Support and Security Analysts
• This role will oversee the SOC team in their assigned geography North America – USA
• While this role is considered business hours, support for the team may require occasional after-hours involvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert on workflow for both inbound and outbound Security Operations related requests
• Work with other Security Operations and Sales leaders, ensuring strong alignment, and cohesion across teams
• Develop and ensure all Security Services service-level agreements SLA’s are met
• Provide leadership during special security events managed by the SOC
• Acts as an escalation contact to support investigations as required
• Effectively own and implement strategic objectives as part of maturing the security services business
• You will also be working with and advising senior leadership; providing updates, metrics and solutions to various operational challenges and changes

• Lead the Security Operations Center team to develop, and support, follow-the-sun incident response capabilities
