We are looking for high quality officers to serve clients throughout the Maryland/DC Area.

Maximum Protective Services Security & Investigations

Provider of Armed and Unarmed Security Guard Services to clients throughout the Maryland, DC and VA region.

The BDM is responsible for new sales by prospecting for new clients through networking and cold calling. The BDM is responsible for adding new potential clients to our portfolio. Once potential clients are qualified, the BDM will lead account planning and generate proposals, pricing and presentations. Once contract is sold, the BDM will help to manage the transition process and maintain an open line of communication with the client for future rate increase discussions.

Pay Structure:

· Commission Sharing - % on all contracts and % on all renewals

· Yearly Bonus and Quarterly Metric Bonus

Performance Expectations: The BDM is expected to achieve the following expectations within MPS performance-based business environment:

  • Year over year growth in revenue
  • Drive at least 1.5M in Annual Revenue in First Year
  • Personally sell new accounts in the branch to meet/exceed budgeted sales goals
  • Become proficient in all company database software
  • Add at least five new qualified prospects to our portfolio each month
  • Meet with a minimum of Ten potential clients each week *Pre-Covid*
  • Generate a minimum of Five proposals each month
  • Close a minimum of one new contract per month (after training period)

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have at least 4+ years of relevant experience. Candidates must demonstrate a stable work history and pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, interviews, and past employment verification.

Education

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

  • A college degree (Bachelor's or greater) is preferred although equivalent experience will be considered
