EKG Security, Inc. is a professional security company looking for motivated individuals that take pride in themselves and what they do. We are currently looking to fill open positions in the Monroe, GA area with officers who enjoy serving others while providing quality protecting services.

Position Type: Full-time

Tentative Start Date: ASAP

Shift Type: Thurs-Fri 11pm-7am and Sat-Sun 7pm -7am

Pay rate: $15.50 / hr.

• Ensure a safe environment through a team effort of diligent active patrol, strict access control, monitoring, and equipment control
• Visible and observant at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors in a courteous and attentive manner
• Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and emergency calls for disorderly conduct, disruptive persons, and incidents swiftly and appropriately
• Collaborate with other security officers for effective protection and coverage

Qualification Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Driver’s License (required if driving a company vehicle)
• Must have clean criminal background/ and pass drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Attention to detail is a plus
• 1-year security experience preferred, but not required
• Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time as well as ability to ascend and descend stairs with loads up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency with computers, and aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Able to answer phones and/or operate a 2-way radio
• Impeccable character/integrity
