Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professional office staff to join our team.


Job Summary:

Monitor Security Officers’ compliance with certification and license requirements. Provide support to Compliance Department with issues pertaining to contract and law compliance. General Administrative duties.  

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Monitor license and certificate expiration/ renewal requirements.
  • Request and update driving and training certifications from all employees depending on which contract employees are assigned to.
  • Communicate with employees (via phone, email, and text) to remedy deficiencies.
  • Make changes on employment, scheduling and reporting databases as required to reflect adherence to law and contracts by employees.
  • Generate rosters and forms to document compliance and/ or deficiencies.
  • Report non-compliant employees to Operations for assistance on licensing/ certification compliance or removal from active status (if not responsive).
  • Employee File Management (including auditing for required documentation).
  • Assist with Compliance Audits from customers or government agencies.
  • Coordinate/ assist with training and operations departments on Training Compliance.
  • TrackTik site maintenance (as it pertains to compliance).
  • Other duties as assigned.

$19.00 - $20.00

  

Qualifications:

Administrative experience, knowledgeable of office equipment

Computer literate, MS Office/ Google Suite,

Ability to learn new computer programs.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Attention to detail.

Able to multi task and prioritize.
