The ideal candidate be responsible for day-to-day operations in the Columbia, SC area.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of branch office, including client relations, new job start/ups, transitions of new accounts, and employee relations.
• Ensuring the client relations are maintained within the company standards, including regular contact with clients, proactive problem resolution, and oversight regarding daily client issues.
• Coach, develop, and guide the branch staff to perform efficiently and effectively.
• Responsible for implementing and ensuring ongoing compliance with all company-wide programs.
• Take lead role in ensuring the profitability, maintaining the responsibility and control of all financial impacts to the branch and company.
• Assist the RVP in planning on both a short-term and long-term basis, for future operational growth and expansion.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by RVP

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field

• 5 years of related experience with managerial responsibilities in the security industry

• Valid state driver's license, clean driving record
• Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and WinTeam software
• Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, operations, or other functions of security industry a plus.
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers (if required by the client).
