Security Officer-Weekend 1st an 2nd shift-$18.50/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Meet qualifications to complete state required Security Officer Registrations.
• 21 years old or older
• Previous Security Experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse group individuals to achieve a clients job needs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

To effectively perform the duties of a security Officer, individuals must be able to demonstrate the following Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Supervision of all Officers assigned to shift.
• Assist with training.
• Communication and approval of Daily reports
• Observe for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
• Respond to emergency situations and/or alarms and contact appropriate emergency services based upon situation.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Provide high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

POSITION DUTIES:

• Able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
• Access control
• Inventory control
• Customer service
• Security patrols by foot and/or vehicle
• Completion of daily security reports, incident reports, security logs, etc.
• Critical incident response such as medical, fire, workplace violence, accident, etc.
• Enforcement of safety regulations
• Other duties assigned and required by site contract
