Location: San Mateo, CA (100% in office)

Salary Range: $115-120k

Responsibilties:

• Manages software and hardware upgrades of security systems, and assess business needs to create or modify system queries and reports.

• Manage physical security standards, to include alarms, CCTV, and card access across the Enterprise.
• Executes access control operations, badge production, visitor management, SOPs and policy compliance in coordination with security vendor account manager.
• Conducts vulnerability assessments and monitors systems, networks, and databases to respond to access control and outages.
• Conducts data review, quality control analysis, and audits for multiple functions including but not limited to: access control and employee badging processing.
• Maintains internal and external audit compliance processes.
• Evaluate existing physical Security controls, technologies, policies, and procedures across company’s locations and recommend improvements.
• Manage existing access control and video management
  systems across the corporate enterprise.
• Advise product teams on the competitive landscape (access control & video management)
• Conduct physical Security assessments at company sites and customer sites as needed (company-paid travel)

Required knowledge & skills:

• At least 5 years’ experience running large commercial and enterprise projects.
• Hands-on Experience with at least 3 of the following access control systems:
• Prowatch
• Genetec
• Lenel/S2
• Brivo
• Openpath
• Verkada
• HID
• Hands-on Experience with at least 3 of the following Video systems:
• Axis
• Exacqvision
• Milestone
• MaxPro
• Avigilon
• Hanwha
• Familiar with industry standards: ADA, NEC, and NFPA codes
• Experience conducting security/risk assessments for facilities.

Desired knowledge & skills:

• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Proficiency with Google applications (Sheets, Docs, etc…)
• Strong technical proficiency – ability to explain practical use/operation to highly technical engineers/programmers.
• Deep understanding of access control and video management installations in a wide variety of environments.
