National Business Investigations was established in 1967, with MPS Security, a division of NBI, established in 2003. Between the two, that is over five decades of experience as an industry leader in private investigations, executive protection, and uniformed security services.
MPS Security is a local, second-generation family-owned company, located in Murrieta (CA), with a third generation coming on board.
MPS Security is not like the "big box" nationwide security companies, who force you to wade through layer upon layer of middle management at a branch office to get an answer. Nor do we say one thing in the interview and then do another when you start work (i.e. getting bounced around from post to post each week, days off changing each week, reducing hours worked from week to week, taking weeks to resolve payroll discrepancies, etc.). MPS Security will give it to you straight when it comes to pay, post assignments, and scheduling.
We have one office (in Murrieta), with experienced operations and management staff that live in the same communities we serve and are within 30 minutes/miles of most of our clients. Few security companies can provide instant contact (phone, text, email) to their clients with the company CEO, President, and Security Manager (Operations), and have them on site within 30 minutes.
Our Field Supervisors routinely visit all sites/posts to interact and engage with our officers and clients, to ensure our people are professionally trained and our clients receive the quality service for which they are paying.
MPS Security offers post assignments throughout Southwest Riverside County, at commercial, industrial, residential, and healthcare properties, for armed or unarmed officers, working as standing guards or vehicle patrol (alarm response).
MPS Security is looking for serious men and women who want to work, understand the meaning of the words "commitment" and "work ethic", and want to build a positive working relationship with us.
If you are a former member of the military or law enforcement, MPS Security encourages you to apply with our company.
