Wednesday-Sunday: 1500-2300

$17.56/HOUR

Summary:

Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure family atmosphere. Operational hours are 24/7. During retail hours, Officers are expected to provide an exceptional level of customer service to both guests and retailers alike. Officers are expected to remain in a constant state of vigilance, safeguarding guests and retailers from fire, theft, or any other disturbance they may encounter. Officers should possess the level of communication skills that will allow them to report on observations they have made to their immediate superiors, Police, EMS or Management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining the customer service desk operation to assist patrons or vendors with any questions or directions.
• Observe and report.
• Monitoring CCTV for any disturbances (pedestrian or vehicular).
• Monitoring on-site contractors and access to facilities.
• Conducting patrols ensuring access or denial of access at all points of entry/exit on the property.
• Supervisors assist with supervisory duties

• Exceptional level of customer service
• Good communication skills
• Good people/conflict resolution skills
• Detail-oriented
• Efficient with computers and CCTV monitoring systems
• Competent with 2-way radio communications
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time - both indoors and outdoors

Requirements:

• Minimum age 18
• North Carolina Unarmed Security License required - we offer training
• At least 1 year of security experience
• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Candidates must successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings
