Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professionals office staff.

Responsibilities:

Conduct adminstrative duties, call employees, update data regarding attendance, and record call offs or no shows.
Coordinate with supervisors or customers to resolve problems
Multi-task several incoming phone lines at a time, monitor emails and mobile phones.
Prioritize calls according to urgency and schedule importance.
Computer skills are needed to write emails, respond to clients and prepare end of shift reports.
Extreme attention to detail to document incidents and track security officer’s changes in schedules.
Manage and execute changes in schedules.

Pay range: $18.50 to $20.00

Job Offers and Contingencies

Failure to meet all contingencies satisfactorily will result in the offer of employment being rescinded.
