Prosegur is a world leader in the private security industry. Through its five business lines — Guarding, Global Risk Services, Technology Integration, Remote Services/iSOC, Temporary Security Solutions — it offers companies, households and retail businesses a security that they can trust, based on the most advanced solutions in the market. With presence on the five continents, Prosegur currently has a team of more than 150,000 employees. The company channels its social action through the Prosegur Foundation that works in four lines of activity: education, inclusion of people with disabilities into the job market, corporate volunteering and the promotion of culture.
The mission of the GSOC is to provide a centralized monitoring center to coordinate the enterprise’s response to crisis, emergencies and security situations while minimizing the impact of events on the enterprise and personnel. The GSOC is a single point of contact for Facility Emergency Management Teams, Facility Security Manager, Emergency Agencies, and travelers to facilitate rapid contact, situational awareness, reporting, and response. In addition to monitoring and response, the GSOC fuses intelligence analysis to the situational awareness to create predictive reporting and risk mitigation and avoidance guidance. The center operates on a 24/7 schedule globally, while also coordinating regional and localized support functions across the enterprise.
