We are currently seeking a Full-time Area Supervisor 

Mon-Fri  3:30pm-12am and alternating weekends.

Responsible for general commercial building maintenance, including, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting, cleaning and restocking break rooms and restrooms, cleaning glass and mirrors, wiping down walls and partitions, pulling trash, etc.

Training the new employees on the evening shifts.  Maintaining monthly saferty training.  Must be computer savvy.  

After 90 days you are elgible for our Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance.  Paid holidays.  Once your here 1 year you can get into our 401k and you receive 10 days of PTO.

-Must have dependable transportation to and from work

-Must be punctual

-Must have stable work history

-Must be able to work independently as well as work as a team member

-Must be driven and have solid work ethic

-Must be able to pass criminal background check

-Must have pride in personal appearance and work assignment

-Must be able to follow directions (both written and oral)

-Must have good verbal communication skills
