We are looking for a candidate who can work in a team environment as leader and mentor. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a career in training and development.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate training to include:
    • Defensive Tactics
    • OC Foam
    • Use of Restraints
    • AVADE
    • Report Writing/SOCS
    • Firearms/Taser
  • Motivate and train new and current officers
  • Ensure all training needs are being met to company standards
  • Improve and develop training
  • Ensure the officers meet our uniform standards

Minimum Requirements

  • Have life experiences to be an excellent trainer
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to work within a team environment
  • Must be self motivated and able to motivate others
  • Must be able to work all hours and days
  • Travel is required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have excellent oral and communication skills
  • Physically fit and able to meet the physical requirements of the job
  • Attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Supervisory skills a plus
  • Must be able to obtain armed security license(s) (no felonies or gross misdemeanors)

Will plan and conduct training across all PPC regions. Starting wage $25hr/DOE

Education Requirements (Any)
AA Degree
High School Diploma
GED
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid State Drivers License
