Position Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Access Control Service Officer

Tentative Start Date: ASAP 

Shift Type: Mon., Tues., Thurs. 5pm-5am

Pay rate: $13.45

We are looking for reliable concierge level security officers to provide outstanding service to one of our VIP clients. 

You will be the first to meet with the public, tenants and their guests so the first impression of our company depends on your friendliness and efficiency. 

The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests. 

You will be responsible for monitoring who comes in and out of the premises. 

The goal is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome tenants, guests and vendors upon entrance and confirm access
• Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance and attend to residents.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
• Respond to complaints and route to proper channels to assist with the appropriate solutions
• Will conduct foot and mobile patrols

Skills

• Experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
• Proficiency in english
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
• High school diploma
• 1 year of prior security experience preferred
• Must have valid driver’s license 

Skills

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or relevant role is an advantagV
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
• Ability in multitasking and time-management
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
• High school diploma

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• High school education or equivalent (GED)
• Must not have a prior felony conviction                              

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Attention to detail is a plus.
• 1-year unarmed security experience preferred, but not required.
