We’re hiring a reliable, experienced, Security SOC Operator! The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling, monitoring premises, and performing search procedures.

Position Type: Part-Time
Shift Type: Overnight (10pm-6am)
Working Days: Sat-Sun

Pay Rate: $23.54/hr

Responsibilities:

• Track employee time and attendance
• Monitor alarms and electronic security systems
• Track the progress of security patrols
• Receive calls from interior guard posts
• Respond to client requests
• Facilitate incident response efforts
• Initiate notification and escalation procedures
• Document significant incidents
• Perform primary analysis of operational procedures
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Security Guard License 
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have 1 year of experience as a security officer 
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
• Minimum 1 year of SOC experience required
• Must have open availability to work all shifts and schedules
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good communications skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Must be able to walk/run flights of stairs on a daily basis.
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior"
