Prosegur Security is looking for a Full-Time Project Manager in the Bridgeport area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Requirements:

• Plan, initiate, and manage projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and financial constraints
• Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines or outcomes
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns
• Monitor and report on project performance, including key metrics such as budget variance, schedule adherence, and quality metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes and practices.
