The mission of Marina Security Services is to unobtrusively provide our clients and the communities within which they operate with a safe and secure facility without disrupting their ability to operate their business in the way they desire to achieve their business objectives.

Summary: 

The Security Field Supervisor/Site Supervisor supports operations by performing on-site supervision of Security Guards and always ensuring site coverage. The FS/Site Supervisor works closely with the Operations Manager on a day-to-day basis to supervise remote service delivery.

Requirement and Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a Driver License and a clean driving record.
• Must have current BSIS Guard Card.
• Must have Guard Card class certificates (Powers to Arrest and Weapons of Mass Destruction) and completed 32 hours required continued education.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Must be flexible and reliable, arriving for duty at scheduled times and able to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
• Must be able to communicate clearly on a 2-way radio.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, supervisors, and the public.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information and data.
• Ability to perform necessary physical duties, i.e., walking, standing, making necessary rounds, operating motorized vehicle.
• Must be able and willing to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have previous experience in healthcare security.
• Preferred : First Aid / CPR and AED certified.
