Schedule - Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10pm
Job Duties:
- Supervises site serving as the primary point of contact for all officers in the designated area.
- Answer all calls, and ensuring they got to the appropriate point of contact if for another department within the company.
- Assist in job placement, as well as managing schedules for all officers as well as on site supervisors.
- Ensuring all employee necessary reports and forms (disciplinary action, incident report, call out forms, first report of energy, etc.) are completed, filed and prepared accordingly, in a timely manner.
- Responsible for making sure all timesheets, payroll, and personnel information is delegated to the appropriate person in a timely manner to avoid discrepancies.
- Ensuring area non-billable overtime limit is not surpassed.
- Ability to address any issues and provide feedback while maintaining positive relationships with employees and clients to ensure the needs of everyone are being met.
- Ensuring all employees understand and adhere to all company policies & procedures, as well as client specific policies.
- Attend weekly meetings with any office administrative/HR personnel while also being able to interact with all levels of management to ensure successful efficient daily.
- Working closely with operations team to ensure all posts and position have adequate coverage.
- Ensure posts are being inspected by conducting regular visits on site to ensure employees are adhering to high code of conduct standards.
- Mandatory Weekly Inspection Quota must be reached.
- Assist other areas on a as needed basis.
Job Requirements:
- Must be flexible - On Call 24/7! (Not negotiable)
- Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of Physical Security Supervisor experience with references
- Must have clean driving record and clear criminal background
Certifications Required:
- MD Security Guard Card
- Valid Drivers License
Skills Required:
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to learn and Master Scheduling Software
