Presently, we are seeking sub-contract cleaners with commercial cleaning experience for various locations in Lower Mainland, BC.

This is a sub-contract position where you have your own company, equipment and labour and we contract work to you. Work is performed outside business hours.

The price range can range from $300 to $3000 depending on the schedule of work.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning, including, but not limited to:

• Trash removal and dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms

• Completing work to the standard

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients

• Other duties as assigned

• Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client on location

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with commercial cleaning

• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Punctual, reliable and excellent communication skills

• Must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies, such as auto scrubbber and a buffer  

• Must have or be able to apply for a business liability insurance

• Valid WHMIS Certificate

• All cleaners are subject to a criminal record check.
