What does IT Helpdesk do?
You will use yourstrong organizational and customer service skills to support the IT and Helpdesk needs of the region through:
To meet the time zone requirements of our various branches, the IT Helpdesk Technician has flex hours. This role will also be required to work After-Hours support.
