We are seeking professional Fire Guards with a F-01 license. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • security patrols, enforcing security procedures, protecting property from theft, sabotage, fire and accidents.
  • Ability to identify emergency situations.
  • Perfect knowledge of the building layouts.
  • Responds to calls for assistance, write reports on accidents and incidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and other security related situations.
  • Ability to stand, waalk for long periods of time. Provides needed assistance to customers, residents, employees and visitors in accordance to company or department procedures.

Qualifications: 

  • A valid F-01 license required.
  • A valid NY security license required.

Additional Information/Benefits

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, be at least 18 years old.

Must be a citizen or a legal resident alien.

 Must have a good working knowledge of security operations, safety practices.

Ability to communicate4 effectively both verbally and in writing with staff, company, the client and the public to understand standard operating procedures and perform duties in a professional manner.

Write incident reports, make log entries, investigate incidents and make independent good judgement decisions within proper procedure.
