Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Caseyville, IL

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: All Days and Shifts Available | Full-Time and Part-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Caseyville, IL.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced security professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment. Candidates with previous security experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or packaging facility are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility access and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct routine security patrols and monitor facility activity.
• Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Respond to incidents and follow established site procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and management.
• Follow all security protocols and assigned post orders.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or packaging facility security experience preferred.
• Valid Illinois PERC Card required.
• Completed 20-hour Unarmed Security Training and certificate required.
• Strong communication, observation, and customer service skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work various shifts, including weekends.

Compensation & Schedule

• $21.00 per hour.
