Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a sharp, dependable, and experienced Security Officer for a high-end residential property near Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their appearance, carries themselves with confidence, and understands that excellent customer service is just as important as strong security instincts.

The ideal officer is disciplined, observant, well-groomed, and comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and property management while maintaining a calm, professional presence throughout the night. Veterans and candidates with military or law enforcement backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Schedule & Benefits

• Tuesday–Saturday | 11 PM–7 AM | 40 hours
• $20.00/hour
• Free Kaiser medical, dental, vision, and $5,000 life insurance for eligible full-time employees

What We're Looking For

• Active California Guard Card – Required
• Previous security experience, preferably in luxury residential or high-rise properties
• Clean-cut, polished, and professional appearance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
• Dependable, alert, and comfortable working overnight

Your Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional presence for residents and guests
• Monitor building access, CCTV, and property activity
• Conduct patrols and respond to incidents
• Communicate professionally with residents and management
• Complete accurate reports and shift documentation
