Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a sharp, professional, and dependable Graveyard Security Officer for a 32-story luxury high-rise in Downtown Los Angeles.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their appearance, carries themselves with confidence, and understands that great security requires strong situational awareness.
This is an active security position, not a sit-down post. You'll be walking and patrolling all 32 floors, staying alert to property activity, and maintaining a professional, welcoming presence for residents and guests.

Saturday–Tuesday: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
32 Hours Per Week | $20–$21 Per Hour
What You'll Do
- Greet and acknowledge residents, guests, and visitors with excellent customer service
- Maintain a polished, visible security presence
- Conduct walking patrols throughout all 32 floors
- Monitor access, CCTV, and property activity
- Identify and address security concerns proactively
- Handle unauthorized individuals and enforce property policies professionally
- Communicate effectively with management and the security team
Requirements
- Active California Guard Card
- Previous security experience preferred, especially in high-rise or residential properties
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
- Ability to remain active, walk multiple floors, and stay alert throughout overnight shifts
