Security Supervisor

MSC Security LLC is seeking a reliable, professional Weekend Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and personnel at an assigned client site.

Schedule: Saturday & SundayHours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMPay Rate: $20.00 per hourStatus: Part-Time

Security Supervisor Duties

• Supervise security officers during assigned shifts
• Conduct site inspections and patrols
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Complete daily reports and incident documentation
• Ensure officers follow post orders and company policies
• Maintain communication with clients and management
• Monitor attendance, uniforms, and performance
• Provide excellent customer service and leadership

Requirements

At MSC Security LLC, we are committed to providing our clients with highly qualified security professionals dedicated to protecting people, property, and assets. To ensure exceptional service and employee success, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation (public transportation is not acceptable)
• Must possess a working cell phone for communication with Operations Supervisors
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be eligible to obtain a Maryland Security Guard Card
• Must be capable of standing, walking, and performing assigned duties as required by post orders
• Must be comfortable using mobile technology, including smartphones and tablets
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate daily activity logs
• Complete detailed incident reports
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols as assigned
• Enforce client policies and site rules in a professional manner
• Report to work on time and in proper uniform
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and the public
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Assess emergencies and take appropriate action
• Identify and respond to critical issues promptly
