Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a professional, personable, and dependable Security Officer for a part-time day shift position.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their appearance, carries themselves with confidence, and understands that great security starts with being alert, approachable, and professional.

This is a customer-facing position where first impressions matter. The right person knows how to make people feel welcome while maintaining a strong, attentive security presence.

What You'll Do

• Greet and acknowledge visitors with excellent customer service
• Maintain a polished, visible security presence
• Monitor access and remain aware of property activity
• Conduct patrols and identify potential security concerns
• Address issues calmly, professionally, and respectfully
• Communicate effectively with management and the security team

Requirements

• Active California Guard Card
• Security experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance
• Ability to stay engaged, alert, and proactive throughout the shift
