Luxury Residential Security Officer – Swing Shift

$21/hour | Thursday–Sunday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a sharp, dependable Security Officer for a beautiful luxury residential property in Los Angeles.

This is a great fit for someone who wants more than a basic security post.

We are looking for an officer who brings a strong security presence, stays alert, and is comfortable handling situations when needed — while also being friendly, approachable, and professional with residents and guests.

You’ll be part of a great on-site team at a well-maintained property where customer service and security go hand in hand.

Schedule & Pay

• Thursday–Sunday
• 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• $21.00 per hour
• 32 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries
• Maintain a visible, professional security presence
• Monitor access and activity throughout the property
• Conduct regular property patrols
• Watch for suspicious or unusual activity
• Address unauthorized individuals and property concerns appropriately
• Respond to incidents and communicate concerns to management
• Complete clear and accurate reports
• Provide excellent customer service without losing sight of security

• Sharp, observant, and dependable
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Friendly and confident interacting with people
• Able to enforce property rules professionally
• Active California Guard Card required
• Previous security experience preferred
