This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working different shifts and locations and wants the opportunity to earn a higher rate of pay while gaining experience across multiple security assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover open shifts and assignments based on operational needs.
• Maintain a visible security presence through foot patrols and site monitoring.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
• Provide professional customer service to clients, tenants, employees, and visitors.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, law enforcement, and emergency personnel.
• Maintain assigned equipment and ensure it is properly used and accounted for.
• Follow all company and site-specific policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible availability, including the ability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to report to different assigned locations.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
• Ability to remain calm, use good judgment, and handle changing assignments.
• Prior security experience is preferred but not required.
