Prosegur's Global Risk Services (GRS) is now hiring for a Travel Risk Specialist — Level II. Position Description:
The Travel Risk Specialist — Level II is a senior operational role and the primary point of expertise on the GRS dedicated client account team. This position independently manages complex, high-stakes requests from clients, coordinates with global vendors and partners, and provides authoritative oversight during mission execution to ensure the highest quality of service delivery. The Level II Specialist is expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, resolve non-routine operational issues without escalation where possible, and serve as a resource and informal mentor to Level I Specialists. In the high-stakes business of risk management, success depends on the highest level of attention to detail, sound independent judgment, and flawless execution.
Responsibilities:
- Independently coordinate complex risk operations support for clients around the world, managing end-to-end execution with minimal supervision.
- Serve as an escalation resource for Level I Specialists encountering non-routine or ambiguous operational situations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery across all programs.
- Plan and execute security and risk management solutions to support on-site and off-site meetings and events.
- Arrange security services and transportation for client global travel, exercising independent judgment on vendor selection and service configuration.
- Coordinate special projects by implementing appropriate security precautions as needed.
- Lead contributions to contingency planning and business continuity strategies.
- Perform administrative duties involving sensitive and confidential material with the highest level of discretion.
- Implement and maintain systems for tracking and reporting logistical activities.
- Work with team leaders, managers, and client department heads to understand and anticipate departmental needs and goals.
- Identify and resolve problems in the operations process, including root-cause analysis and corrective action.
- Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations across the account team.
- Lead the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs); assist Level I Specialists in applying them effectively.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and implement controls to minimize service disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with client company policies and applicable industry regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional service levels and delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel risk management, security operations, executive protection logistics, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, multi-vendor security and logistics operations.
- Proven experience identifying and resolving non-routine operational problems under time pressure.
- Highest level of customer service skills, including professional interaction with senior client stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent schedules, programs, and tasks with competing priorities.
- Highly organized with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction.
- Must be able to adapt to a rapidly evolving operational environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business, Emergency Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
