Flex EMT Security Officer

Location: Cochise County, AZ

Pay: $22.75/hour

Schedule: Hours vary

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and highly adaptable On call EMT Security Officer to provide coverage in Cochise County. This role combines security responsibilities with emergency medical support, requiring professionalism, quick decision-making, and flexibility.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working an assignment while maintaining a strong safety presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide unarmed security services per assignment
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide EMT-level care as needed
• Conduct mobile and/or foot patrols
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized or unsafe activity
• Write detailed incident and activity reports
• Coordinate with emergency responders when necessary
• Follow all company and client safety protocols

Requirements

• CURRENT EMT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
• Active Arizona Unarmed Guard Card License (required)
• Prior security experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally

Availability Requirements

• Must be available for all shifts
