Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring an experienced Graveyard Shift Supervisor for an established luxury residential high-rise in Downtown Los Angeles.

This position is ideal for an experienced security professional who understands that good supervision means knowing the property, knowing the procedures, supporting your officers, and recognizing when something does not look or sound right.

This is a large property, so this is not a sit-down post. You will be walking, patrolling, supervising officers, and staying engaged throughout the night.

The right person will be professional, well-spoken, and comfortable taking direction from a hands-on management team.

What We Need

• Previous security experience required
• Supervisor or lead experience required
• Professional, clean-cut appearance
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Comfortable with extensive walking and patrols
• Good judgment and common sense
• Able to lead without ego and communicate well with management

Duties

• Supervise the overnight security team
• Conduct regular walking patrols
• Monitor CCTV and access control
• Respond to resident concerns and incidents
• Review reports and officer performance
• Communicate important overnight activity to management
• Follow all property security and emergency procedures
