The Integrated Guarding Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and growing recurring revenue by promoting Paladin's Integrated Guarding solutions. This role is ideal for an energetic, competitive, and self-motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, meeting new people, and closing business. Security industry experience is not required. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a hunter mentality, and the drive to build their own pipeline and customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person outreach.
• Build relationships with business owners, property managers, construction companies, industrial operators, and commercial customers.
• Identify customer challenges and recommend appropriate Integrated Guarding solutions.
• Conduct site visits to assess opportunities and develop recommendations.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately manage opportunities.
• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and accurately track and manage activities.
• Follow up consistently to advance opportunities and close sales.
• Collaborate with operations and implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Represent Paladin professionally while building long-term customer relationships.

• Previous experience in outside sales, telecommunications, door-to-door sales, home services, automotive sales, merchant services, staffing, fundraising, or other business development roles is considered an asset.
