Luxury High-Rise Concierge Security Officer-Swing/Graveyard– Marina del Rey

Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a polished, customer-service-focused Front Desk Security Officer for a luxury high-rise property in Marina del Rey.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing position. We are looking for someone who understands white glove procedures and that great security at a luxury property is also about communication, professionalism, organization, and creating a welcoming experience.

Schedule & Pay

• Tuesday–Wednesday: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Thursday–Saturday: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
• $19–$21 per hour

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and visitors
• Provide professional front desk and access-control coverage
• Communicate important information to property management and the security team
• Assist with vendor and contractor access
• Use computers and electronic systems throughout the shift
• Monitor activity and report unusual or security-related concerns
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and daily communication
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment

Requirements

• Active California Guard Card
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable and comfortable working with property management
• Security, hospitality, concierge, front desk, or luxury residential experience is a plus
