Now Hiring: Security Site & Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Mount Pocono

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 4:00pm to 12:00am | Weekend Availability Required

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Security Site & Scheduling Coordinator to support our daily security operations. This position combines scheduling responsibilities with field supervision to ensure our officers, clients, and job sites receive exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys both office coordination and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate security officers for assigned shifts and locations.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews for prospective employees.
• Fill open shifts and respond to last-minute staffing needs.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure officers are meeting company standards.
• Provide support, coaching, and guidance to security personnel.
• Maintain communication with clients and respond to service requests.
• Complete reports, document incidents, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations as needed.
• Work closely with management to support daily operations and staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Previous security, supervisory, scheduling, or management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling software is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while making sound decisions.
