Job Title: Unarmed Healthcare Security Officer

Location: Pensacola, FL

Schedules: 

 

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Primary Purpose and Function

Security Officer / Dispatcher

We are seeking a professional, dependable Security Officer / Dispatcher to join our team. This position combines on-site security responsibilities with dispatch and communications duties to help ensure the safety and security of our clients, employees, and property.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Dispatch security personnel to incidents, service calls, and emergencies.
  • Maintain communication with officers via radio, phone, and computer systems.
  • Conduct foot and vehicle patrols as assigned.
  • Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches.
  • Prepare detailed incident reports, daily activity reports, and dispatch logs.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and medical personnel when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous security, dispatch, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and report-writing skills.
  • Valid driver's license and security license (if required by state regulations).
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
