Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Luxury Residential Security Concierge for a high-rise luxury condominium HOA near the beach in the Venice / Marina del Rey area.
This position is a mix of front desk presence, resident service, security awareness, and property patrols. We are looking for someone who can provide professional customer service while also being confident, alert, and proactive during evening and overnight hours.
The ideal candidate has some security experience, a polished appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and professional when handling building concerns, unauthorized guests, or transient activity near the property.
This is not a “sit and watch the clock” position. We need someone who can represent a luxury residential property, assist residents and guests, monitor activity, complete patrols, and take ownership of the shift.
Tuesday & Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMThursday – Saturday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Must be comfortable working both swing and graveyard shifts.

Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors professionally
Provide luxury front desk and concierge-style service
Monitor lobby, entry points, cameras, and building activity
Complete property patrols, including overnight patrols
Address unauthorized guests or suspicious activity professionally
Assist with moving along transients when needed
Report safety, security, maintenance, or resident concerns promptly
Communicate clearly with residents, management, vendors, and security team members
Follow post orders, access control procedures, and HOA building rules
Maintain a polished, calm, and professional presence at all times
Support the property team with daily building needs as needed
Some security experience preferred
Hospitality, concierge, front desk, or luxury residential experience is a plus
Comfortable patrolling at night
Able to professionally address unauthorized guests, transient activity, and building concerns
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and polished demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Able to stay alert and proactive during graveyard hours
Comfortable using phones, email, cameras, logs, and basic computer systems
Calm under pressure and able to follow procedures
Guard card preferred but not required unless applicable for assignment
Has security experience but still understands customer service
Can be friendly and polished with residents while maintaining a strong presence
Is comfortable working near the beach / Venice area
Can work independently during overnight hours
Does not mind walking patrols at night
Is proactive, dependable, and able to think on their feet
