You will be stationed at the dock entrance, helping verify access, monitor activity, communicate with drivers and vendors, and support the overall operation of the property. This role requires strong communication, good judgment, and the ability to work closely with property management and the onsite security team.

What You’ll Do:

• Control access at the loading dock entrance
• Monitor trucks, vendors, and deliveries entering and exiting the building
• Verify access and direct drivers and delivery personnel
• Communicate professionally with vendors, delivery drivers, and property management
• Maintain logs and document activity as needed
• Support the overall onsite security team
• Remain alert and professional during both sitting and standing portions of the shift
