Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring an experienced Rover / Flex Security Officer to support multiple client sites in the Downtown Los Angeles area.
Rover officers are one of the most important positions in a successful security company. This role helps keep our operations running smoothly by covering open shifts, supporting different properties, and stepping into posts where a dependable, professional, and experienced officer is needed.

This is a flex/rover position, not a permanent single-site post, so applicants must have open availability and be comfortable working different schedules and locations in the DTLA area.

Cover shifts at various security posts as neededSupport residential, commercial, high-rise, studio, patrol, lobby, and access control sitesProvide professional customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, guests, and employeesMonitor cameras, access points, gates, lobbies, and property activityConduct foot patrols and maintain a visible security presenceFollow site-specific post orders and company proceduresWrite clear daily activity reports and incident reportsCommunicate with supervisors, dispatch, and management as neededAdapt quickly to different properties, teams, and client expectations
