Schedule: Thursday through Saturday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Hours: 27 hours per week

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officer for a part-time front desk position located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The officer will be responsible for checking in individuals, verifying identification, and assisting with badge authorization.

The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and able to provide excellent customer service while maintaining site security standards.

Responsibilities

• Check in visitors, employees, and contractors
• Verify IDs and authorize badges
• Monitor access control at the front desk
• Follow post orders and site security procedures
• Report incidents, concerns, or suspicious activity
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with the public

Requirements

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule
• Security or front desk experience preferred
• Must follow all site rules and procedures
• Personal cell phones are not permitted on site
