HOA PATROL SECURITY OFFICER

Bonita Springs, FL

$21.00 per hour

Full-Time Position

Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are currently hiring a professional and dependable Patrol Security Officer for a residential condominium HOA community in Bonita Springs, FL. This is a full-time overnight position ideal for an experienced security professional who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-serviced residential environment.

This role is primarily focused on conducting routine patrols throughout the community while maintaining a strong, visible security presence. Officers will also assist with access control support as needed and serve as a key part of the overall safety and customer service experience for residents, guests, and vendors.

Responsibilities include conducting scheduled and random foot and vehicle patrols, monitoring community grounds for safety and security concerns, responding professionally to incidents or service requests, documenting daily activity and incident reports, and ensuring community rules and procedures are followed. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert and professional throughout overnight hours.

Candidates must have prior security experience, preferably in condominium HOA, residential patrol, mobile patrol, or community security environments. A valid Florida Class D Security License is required. Strong communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.

Applicants should be comfortable working independently, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, using basic computer systems, and standing or walking for extended periods. Dependability and consistent attendance are critical for this overnight schedule.
