Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Position Overview

Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor to support daily field operations and ensure all security posts are staffed and running as expected. This role combines hands-on supervision with administrative duties, making it a good fit for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable leading a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily officer activity and confirm all posts are properly staffed
• Ensure officers are in proper uniform and following post orders and company policies
• Assist with training new and current security staff across shifts
• Respond to call-offs and adjust schedules to maintain coverage while limiting overtime
• Step in to cover open posts when needed until relief arrives
• Maintain uniform inventory and ensure compliance with company standards
• Prepare clear reports documenting daily activity, incidents, and irregularities
• Address on-site concerns and communicate with clients and management as needed
• Monitor for policy violations and take appropriate action, including documentation
• Support administrative tasks such as maintaining records and site documentation
• Handle delivery or pickup of company materials when required
• Keep assigned work areas clean and organized
• Perform additional duties as assigned
