Overwatch Services LLC is seeking experienced, professional, and dependable Field Inspectors to oversee security operations across multiple client locations throughout all five boroughs of New York City. The ideal candidate will ensure site compliance, officer accountability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence while maintaining a strong field presence.

Position Duties

• Patrol assigned posts and client accounts, which may require the use of a company-provided vehicle
• Maintain working knowledge of all General and Specific Post Orders for assigned locations
• Understand and follow emergency procedures and additional client instructions
• Tour assigned sites while observing guard performance and compliance with client expectations
• Ensure security officers are properly uniformed and following post procedures
• Ensure public and employee safety at all assigned locations
• Verify officer attendance and presence at the beginning of each shift using attendance tracking software
• Prepare Incident Reports and related documentation promptly, and ensure security officers do the same
• Assist with on-the-job training for newly assigned security personnel
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and urgent client service requests throughout assigned areas
• Communicate critical operational issues to the Operations Manager immediately when necessary
• Complete and submit Daily Inspection Reports (DIRs) for review by management
• Inspect doors, gates, windows, and access points to ensure proper security measures are maintained
• Address rule violations, including loitering, smoking, trespassing, or prohibited activities
• Conduct random inspections and document patrol activity at watch stations
• Complete health & safety assessments, risk assessments, and site evaluation
• Qualifications
• Prior security supervisory experience preferred
• Valid NYS Security Guard License required
• P-15 Certification REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and supervise multiple sites
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
