KR is accepting applications for experienced Security Supervisors to supervise our guard force in Roswell, NM. 

Duties/Responsibility

Security Supervisors shall perform all tasks in accordance with the duties outlined within the Post Orders and the Performance Work Statement. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensure all guards are in proper uniform, all posts are manned and being guarded in accordance with existing post orders and company rules, regulations and policies 
• Ensure compliant staffing, guard training, and managing uniform inventory and controls.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all internal and external customers. Interact with clients and management to address and resolve concerns.
• Prepare accurate and thorough reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, conflict encounters or unusual occurrences.
• Receive call offs and review work schedules to identify a replacement for that assignment while attempting to keep overtime at a minimum. In the event of an open post, the field supervisor is to fill that post until relieved.
• Comply with all state license and certification requirements as well as company standards related to the operation of vehicles and performing guard functions.
• Once aware of any unusual occurrences or violations of company rules, regulations, or policies, the Supervisor is required to document the incident and initiate appropriate action, including disciplinary action, if necessary.
• Pick-up and delivery of any documents or other materials which must be delivered to or retrieved from a company site.
• Perform administrative duties required for maintaining proper documentation of field and command staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of site office.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent certificate
• One (1) year of supervisory experience in security/law enforcement work.
• Must possess a state issued security guard license
• Must undergo a fingerprint based Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and Security Threat Assessment (STA) in accordance with TSA regulations.
• Complete a background check with no clear criminal record, and not on any type of probation, no convictions or charges for any form of domestic violence
• Must obtain and maintain an Airport Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) at all times
• Ability to speak, read, and write the English language clearly and concisely
• Read, understand, and apply printed rules and directions
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift, run and climb stairs

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent certificate (Required)

License

• State Issued Unarmed Security Officer License (Required)
