Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer

Location: Lincoln, NE

Pay: $15.00 Per Hour

Schedule: Overnight shifts with weekend availability required

Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to provide safety and security services at an assigned site. This role involves monitoring premises, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas on foot, vehicle, bicycle, or golf cart
• Monitor for security risks, hazards, and unusual activity
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following company procedures
• Write clear, accurate incident reports
• Provide customer service and assist visitors as needed
• Follow all site-specific policies and company guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record may be required)
• Weekend availability
• 1–3 years of work experience preferred (security, military, law enforcement, or customer service)
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to stay professional and de-escalate situations
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior security experience
• Military or law enforcement background
• Experience in customer service or operations

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass background check and drug screening (if required)
• Ability to meet attendance, grooming, and training standards
