• Overnight Shift
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Weekend availability required
• Holidays as needed

Job Summary

United Protective Services is hiring an Overnight Field Supervisor / Field Training Officer to support multiple security accounts throughout the Houston area.

This position is responsible for traveling between client locations, conducting site inspections, training officers, ensuring coverage, and responding to overnight operational issues.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires driving between locations throughout your shift in a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple client sites during overnight hours
• Drive a company vehicle to conduct site inspections
• Train new security officers at assigned locations
• Ensure officers are following post orders and site procedures
• Conduct uniform inspections
• Review patrol activity and officer performance
• Assist with coverage during call-offs when needed
• Respond to incidents and emergency situations
• Complete nightly reports and documentation
• Communicate operational updates to management

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older (required for company vehicle insurance eligibility)
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Clean driving record required
• Previous security supervisor, trainer, or leadership experience preferred
• Must be able to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and professional

Preferred Experience

• Security: 2 years (Preferred)
• Supervisory experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Report writing experience
