Site Security Supervisor (High-Rise Building) Location: Houston, TX (Post Oak Area)

Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Hours: 42.5 hours per week (includes 2.5 hours overtime)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Site Security Supervisor for a high-rise, multi-building commercial property located in the Post Oak area of Houston.

This is a working supervisor role, meaning you will perform daily security duties while also leading, training, and holding officers accountable for performance.

This position is ideal for candidates with prior leadership experience in a high-rise or commercial security environment who are ready to take ownership of a site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations across a multi-building property
• Lead, train, and mentor security officers
• Conduct post inspections, officer evaluations, and on-site training
• Maintain strong client and tenant relationships
• Monitor access control systems and enforce site policies
• Perform CCTV/camera monitoring and respond to incidents
• Oversee visitor management and lobby operations
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation

Weekly Overtime (2.5 hours) will be used for:

• Officer training and development
• Post audits and quality control
• Performance follow-ups and coaching

Requirements

• Previous experience leading a security team
• Experience in high-rise or commercial office environments preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems
• Professional appearance and leadership mindset

• Ability to work independently and lead from the front
