Through our Global Strategic Accounts program, we partner with multinational clients to provide consistent, high-quality security services across borders, enabling long-term, scalable partnerships. We're seeking a senior commercial leader to drive the acquisition and expansion of Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) within the Technology and Data Center sectors. This role operates at the intersection of Global Business Development and Executive Sponsorship, responsible for originating new multinational client relationships while strengthening and expanding existing strategic partnerships across Prosegur’s global footprint. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing Prosegur’s GSA program, driving deeper client partnerships within the Technology and Data Center verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Global Business Development (New Logo Focus) 

  • Identify, pursue, and close large, complex global accounts ($3M+ initial annual contract value)
  • Target multinational technology companies, hyperscalers, and colocation providers
  • Develop and execute global pursuit strategies across multiple countries
  • Build executive access and position Prosegur as a strategic global partner

Executive Sponsorship & Account Growth 

  • Serve as executive sponsor for select Tier 1 and developing Tier 2 Global Strategic Accounts
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships (CSO, COO, CISO, Procurement, Operations)
  • Drive account expansion across geographies and service lines (Guarding, ESS, Cyber, iSOC)
  • Lead governance and strategic alignment across Prosegur country operations

Global Account Orchestration 

  • Align regional and country teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across borders
  • Ensure global strategy is clearly defined and effectively executed at the local level
  • Support standardized pricing, contracting, and service delivery models
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Prosegur business units

Strategic Growth & Portfolio Development 

  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value Global Strategic Account opportunities
  • Contribute to qualification, scoring, and prioritization within the GSA framework
  • Identify multi-country and multi-service expansion opportunities
  • Support long-term account planning and global growth strategies

Deal Profile & Expectations

  • Target $3M+ initial annual contract value per client, prioritizing strategic accounts with total growth potential of $10M–$50M+ across Prosegur’s global footprint
  • Focus on multi-country, multi-service engagements
  • Navigate complex, long-cycle enterprise sales processes

What Success Looks Like (12-18 months) 

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of $20M-$30M+ in qualified global opportunities, with significant upside potential
  • Close and onboard new Global Strategic Accounts aligned to Prosegur’s GSA framework
  • Establish executive relationships within target Technology and Data Center clients
  • Expand Prosegur’s footprint across multiple countries and service lines
  • Successfully align internal teams to deliver consistent cross-border execution

Requirements:

  • 10–15+ years in enterprise sales, global accounts, or strategic business development
  • Proven success closing large, complex deals ($3M+ range)
  • Experience managing/selling into multi-country/global clients
  • Experience in technology, data centers, or critical infrastructure preferred
  • Strong hunter mentality and executive presence  
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and coordinate cross-functional teams
