Per Mar Security Services is seeking a well qualified alarm response officer. Please read all of the following prior to making application.

Schedule/Pay: Thursday - Sunday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am @ $19.00 per hour. 32 Hours Per Week.

About the Role

Alarm Response Officers respond promptly to dispatched alarms at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will secure properties, reset alarms, and document incidents. When not responding to alarms, the officer will perform routine nightly property checks of various Quad City clients. This is an unarmed, observe and report position.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a security license for both Iowa and Illinois, with no criminal disqualifying convictions. This includes any thefts, aggravated misdemeanors, or felonies.
• A valid driver's license. Driving record cannot contain excessive moving violations, DUS in the last 2 years, or OWI's in the last 5 years.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
• Basic computer proficiency for report writing and system use
• Strong observational skills
• A work history that reflects a high degree of responsibility and trustworthiness.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, is highly preferred.
• Current PERC holder is highly desired
