A Branch Security Manager oversees all security operations for a specific location, ensuring the safety of employees, customers, and assets. They develop security protocols and lead security personnel, requiring 5+ years of experience in security or law enforcement, strong leadership, and expertise in threat mitigation. 

Key Responsibilities

• Security Operations: Implement and monitor physical security measures and conduct regular security assessments, audits, and site inspections.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule security personnel, ensuring compliance with post orders and performance standards.
• Incident Response & Risk Management: Investigate security breaches, thefts, or emergencies; act as the primary contact for local law enforcement.
• Policy & Training: Develop security procedures, maintain emergency response plans, and train staff on security awareness.
• Administrative Compliance: Manage security budgets, prepare incident reports for senior management, and ensure compliance with security regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 3–5+ years in security management, law enforcement, or armed forces.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field preferred
• Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
