This role is ideal for experienced officers who are adaptable, dependable, and customer service oriented. As a Flex Officer, you will work at different sites and cover a variety of assignments including front desk, access control, patrol, standing posts, and site coverage as needed. No two days are exactly the same, so we are looking for someone who can adjust quickly, stay professional, and confidently step into different environments.

Pay Rate:Starting at $21.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Cover a variety of posts and assignments throughout Los Angeles
• Perform patrol, front desk, access control, and standing post duties
• Provide strong customer service while maintaining security awareness
• Adapt quickly to different sites, teams, and post expectations
• Learn new assignments and step in where support is needed
• Maintain a professional presence and report incidents as necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Guard Card
• 2+ years of security experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to travel to different job sites
• Open availability and willingness to work all shifts
• Flexible, professional, and dependable
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new sites and adapt on the fly
